Mike Hommey 79bfecf6b3 Bug 1648340 - Include cstdlib/stdlib.h first in mozalloc.h. r=froydnj ... I don't know why this isn't a problem currently, but it becomes one with the #include orders in some of the source files in mozglue/linker, where the compiler complains about the allocator functions being defined differently wrt exceptions if they are defined via malloc_decls before cstdlib/stdlib.h is included.
