Brian Smith 566d65be48 Bug 1153738: Make ScopedPtr a minimal proper subset of std::unique_ptr, r=keeler ... Remove all features of ScopedPtr that aren't in std::unique_ptr, and remove all currently-unused features of ScopedPtr.
