<p>
This test validates that all of the BatteryManager attributes exist and
are set to correct values, with corresponding events fired,
when the charger is unplugged.
</p>
<h2>Preconditions</h2>
<ol>

The device is plugged in to the charger before this test is run.
</li>
</ol>
