Andrew Halberstadt 5f3289da9a Bug 1405588 - [mozversioncontrol] Use base_ref instead of upstream as default outgoing comparison on git, r=gps ... Detecting the upstream repository isn't always possible. Using 'git merge-base' seems to be a more reliable way of detecting outgoing files.
