The idea is to get us to https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/25d26b0a62cc5bb4aa3bb90a11f3b0b7c52859c4/docshell/base/nsDocShell.cpp#10824,10829 so that we can do a replace load. It should be ok to disable bfcache in all the cases, not only in the cases nsDocShell checks for replace load.
