This depends on a new wast crate landing concurrently. See https://github.com/WebAssembly/simd/issues/{297,316,332} for details of the new names. The renaming is completely mechanical except for two aspects: - Previously the tests used the token i8x16.shuffle to trigger a syntax error, but that is now the correct token. The test has been updated to use v8x16.shuffle. - The wast crate has implemented a syntax restriction: a constant lane index cannot be prefixed with '+'. A few tests in spec/simd_lane.js were removed. Any internal renaming will happen later. We need to do a bigger job there anyway.
