Jon Coppeard f1a26fa823 Bug 1577146 - Backout most of the changes in changeset 1f0d8c8ee835 because they are not necessary r=sfink ... After thinking more about this, I realised we don't need to consider weak map edges when calculating which compartments are live. This leaves a couple of tidyups in place but removes most of the functional changes.
