heikki%netscape.com 5d38ad0f69 Bug 73958, XMLHttpRequest data corruption etc. Recursive stream readers are not supported, so I 'copy' by wrapping data in a light weight temporary stream and pass that to parser. Also fix 2 regressions: ignore parameter in Send() if method is GET and fix relative URLs.
