Glenn Watson df2450a2e9 Bug 1830691 - Temporarily disable the new clip-mask rendering path r=gfx-reviewers,jrmuizel ... We have a driver-specific regression related to the shader optimizer and also a small performance regression in a couple of tests. Rather than back out the (large) patch set, disable the new path for now to provide time to investigate and fix those issues.
