jband%netscape.com 16d78379aa fix bug 125084. Add support for empty arrays in nsIVariant. This is expressed as atype id rather than as a regular array with no elements. Includes changes to xpconnect to support mapping to empty JSArrays, xpconnect tests, and SOAP.
