Alastor Wu 71c03664cd Bug `1516482` - part1 : save user gesture activation flag in top level browsing context r=nika This patch moves the user gesture activation flag from saving in document to saving in browsing context. The flag would be saved in the top level browsing context and then every time we need to check for that flag, we will request it from top level browsing context. Keep in mind that nightly builds, which are used by Mozilla developers for
testing, may be buggy.
