Nika Layzell 349de0b692 Bug 1616353 - Part 7.7: Remove window initialization properties which are redundant with nsOpenWindowInfo, r=kmag ... These properties used to be passed to newly created content windows in many different ways, but are now unified under nsOpenWindowInfo. This patch cleans up the remaining properties.
