Nika Layzell 7954235168 Bug 1477432 - Part 5: Add a refreshCID method to JSCID objects, r=mccr8 This lets us get rid of the method 'initalize', which currently needs the internal representation of JSCID. This particular method is removed entirely in Part 9, and only exists to keep intermediate states building & running. Keep in mind that nightly builds, which are used by Mozilla developers for
testing, may be buggy.
