Henrik Skupin 9288aa2725 Bug 1329683 - Run test_focus_after_navigation only if Marionette manages the instance. r=maja_zf 
The test test_focus_after_navigation should only be run if Marionette manages the instance
of the application itself. Otherwise all remaining tests in chunk 4 are broken too.
