Markus Stange 758ee8a36c Bug 1677011 - Add an AndroidVsync class, and use it for the implementation of the Android VsyncSource. r=kats ... This allows adding another vsync listener that gets called before the regular VsyncSource. And it allows adding the listener on the Java UI thread.
