Raphael Pierzina 37d1b753d2 Convert mozhttpd's test suite to pytest (Bug 1479420) r=davehunt Currently mozhttpd's test suite uses Python's unittest. Several tests don't shut down started MozHttpd server instances, resulting in blocking test runs. This patch resolves that problem by using pytest fixtures. Mozbase

Mozbase is a set of easy-to-use Python packages forming a supplemental standard library for Mozilla. It provides consistency and reduces redundancy in automation and other system-level software. All of Mozilla's test harnesses use mozbase to some degree, including Talos, mochitest, and reftest.
