Reduce do_GetService code bloat further by adding specialized assignment to nsCOMPtr and providing a version with no error pointer. Also make CallGetService work the same way as CallGetComponent does, as far as using frozen/non-frozen interface to service manager. Bug 264456, r=darin.

(193442)Fixed a bug where we didn't check return from GetLastModification in nsDll::HasChanged. Thank you ajschult@eos.ncsu.edu for pointing out the problem and suggesting a fix. Converted a linear search of compreg entries to be a hash lookup. Also cleaned up the xcdll class. Reviewers= Alec, Darin.
