James Teh b2865987fc Bug 1736742 part 2: Provide ability to register a COM handler inside an MSIX container. r=nalexander,jmathies ... We could do this in HKLM using registry.dat, but that file is difficult to manage. Instead, we register in HKCU at runtime.
