Also made the changes to LoadURI* to match changes in the interface. Took advantage of the change to nsDSURIContentListener to set the presContext for the load. nsIScrollable.idl	Removed RemoveFocus() from nsIGenericWindow. Moved SizeToContent() to nsIHTMLDocShell. Added setCurScrollPosEx and setScrollRangeEx to nsIScrollable.
