Gregory Mierzwinski 118d838da8 Bug 1649225 - Fix how the perfherder extra options are populated. r=perftest-reviewers,Bebe ... This patch modifies how the extraOptions field in the resulting Raptor perfherder data is built. Instead of being spread across all over the file, we use a single function to fill the extra options.
