Now, mozInlineSpellChecker::UpdateCurrentDictionary uses several sync IPC message to update spellcheck dictionary. So I want async IPC to set dictionary. Also, since nsEditorSpellCheck::DictionaryFetched calls SetCurrentDictionary several times (max: 6 times), so to reduce calls, we should use list of dictionary.
