DeleteRangeTxn.h fix for 20457: deletion in editor pretty darn screwy. Lots of changes to improve this. Document modifying entry points in editor now go thru a standard sandwich, which allows tracking of what changed in the doc, which allows proper post-processing of what changed. Also, all deletions now go thru the rules code, if applicable. Also some bugs in tracking the changed document portion have been fixed.
