This patch does the following: 1. Add a WindowGlobalChild IPC method - GetContentBlockingEvents. Documents can use the method retrieve content blocking events stored in the parent process. 2. Update nsIDocShell::GetHasTrackingContentBlocked to return a promise. 3.
