The a11y module wants to traverse frames in native anonymous subtrees. Therefore, this patch adds new option for allowing it, makes `nsIFrame::GetFrameFromDirection` check it before comparing native anonymous subtree root nodes, and makes `HyperTextAccessible::FindOffset` use the option.
