With the preceding patches, `HTMLEditor` mostly does not need to be a friend of `WSRunObject`. This patch stops it, and adding some self-documented methods for checking `mStartReason` and `mEndReason`, and also adding self-documented alternative methods of `GetStartReasonContent()` and `GetEndReasonContent()`.
