James Teh d2615d1719 Bug 1757121 part 3: Normalize true/false/mixed ARIA tokens to atoms. r=morgan ... This will be needed for easier checking of aria-atomic. It is also more efficient in terms of cache storage, since we previously pushed strings for these values. This moves the code from GetARIAToken into NormalizeARIAToken, since GetARIAToken isn't used any more and it makes sense to handle normalization in one place.
