Emilio Cobos Álvarez 87ff5a5d8d Bug `1768418` - Move various methods from nsTString to nsTSubstring/nsTStringRepr. r=xpcom-reviewers,nika No reason these don't work on substrings. Remove StripChars since it has an existing nsTSubstring version. Make callers use rightly-typed characters for those.
