jst%netscape.com 74b270f1db Fixing bug 120899. Changing the NS_WARN_IF_FALSE() macro so that it can't be mis-used in optimized builds. This change makes the macro not usable in expressions that are supposed to be evaluated in release code since the macro now expands to nothing in non-debug builds. README 

js/jsd contains code for debugging support for the C-based JavaScript engine 
in js/src.  jsd_xpc.cpp provides an XPCOM binding for the library.

js/jsd/jsdb is a console debugger using only native code (see README in that 
directory.)  This debugger is no longer being actively developed, though it
should work.
