Bastien Orivel 8a3f3e785c Bug 1550903 - Part 2: Revendor dependencies. r=emilio,kats,froydnj It was unhappy about the new LICENSE (fuchsia-cprng) but it's the same as the other fuschia crates. Since I don't think this is used at build time but has the same license as the other fuschia crates, I put it in the RUNTIME_LICENSE_PACKAGE_WHITELIST list. rand_chacha

A cryptographically secure random number generator that uses the ChaCha algorithm.

ChaCha is a stream cipher designed by Daniel J. Bernstein¹, that we use as an RNG. It is an improved variant of the Salsa20 cipher family, which was selected as one of the "stream ciphers suitable for widespread adoption" by eSTREAM².

Crate Features

rand_chacha is no_std compatible. It does not require any functionality outside of the core lib, thus there are no features to configure.
