Lina Cambridge 5c982b86d7 Bug 1575757 - Don't use `WITH RECURSIVE` to build the local tree. r=tcsc ... This commit replaces the `localItems` CTE with a single table scan that fetches item and structure info in one pass. It also adds a `structurePositions` index, so that fetching the remote structure can use a covering index and avoid an extra sorting step.
