events	fixing table selection again. also adding parameter to nsIFocusTracker that allows us to get the current caret location. I am also stopping nsTableRowFrame from putting blue border around itself since cells are a high enough granularity. made a change to nsIFrame GetPosition to remove some useless parameters ect. this caused me to change nsDOMEvent.cpp and some other places.	1999-06-10 21:08:17 +00:00
