Emily McDonough 79c4c53cc7 Bug 1713404 - Only apply unwriteable margins to the total width of a page, when positioning the page header/footer. r=dholbert ... Also add a test that the header/footers work properly with very large unwriteable margins. I also removed the use of about:blank as printpreview_helper.xhtml reference pages because the testing code loads the subtests into a single iframe. If the same address is loaded twice in a row, including from different tests, then no load event triggers and the test will timeout.
