No bug - Remove confusing and redundant bullet point from JS docs

It seems this warning is more confusing than not. Everything above it already give the necessary instructions. Also allowing CORS, it turns out, does not mean Host permissions are not necessary on web extensions, so the bug link was also confusing.

William Lachance d72dfd5800 Use in-tree references for the YAML format documentation 
The glean_parser documentation just redirects back to this, so let's
save our users some trouble. We still link to the glean_parser
documentation for the actual schema definition.
