big bug fix for ipsw-creation without -memory; now uses an error message to yell at you for giving it bad tars to merge rather than segfaulting; decreased stack use to accomodate Window's 1 MB stack limit

corrected a couple of win32 bugs with using temporary file backing store; now use temporary file backing store option as default; added options to specify root file system size and whether to use memory or temporary files as backing stores
