Remove doc placeholders ( #187 )
...
We had placeholders for generating a full set of documentation via sphinx,
but this approach is overkill for the project in its current state. Let's
just use some simple markdown documents for now, can always do something
bigger/better in the future if it is warranted.

Build and serve frontend in production
...
Currently doesn't use the backend api (and thus work, since the external
static resources I provided violate the CSP policy), but we can fix that. :)
