DRC dae4474117 Unfortunately, the previous enhancements made an invalid assumption about the code sizes, which caused "DCT out of range" errors in the decoder. Was able to fix 64-bit without losing any performance, but unfortunately had to revert 32-bit back to its previous behavior for now.

Pierre Ossman ba82ddf6ca Clean up SIMD glue code 
The SIMD glue code has gotten a bit #ifdef heavy so clean it up by having
one file for each possible SIMD arch. This also allows a simplification of
the x86_64 code as SSE/SSE2 is always known to exist on that arch.
