Fix for bug 98468: sample email regexp for username-only address changed from ^[^@]*$ to ^[^@]+$ and the default emailregexp changed from ^[^@]*@[^@]*\\.[^@]*$ to ^[^@]+@[^@]+\\.[^@]+$
