Partial fix for 22558 wired up platform specific Delete key to the Delete menu item. Fix for 20120 Delete button and menu now disabled on folder pane of mail window. Added these bindings to navigator, mail, address book and mail compose. Unable to find Editor's usage of standard Edit menu overlays, so Editor not changed. r=saari.
