wtc	f60c104088	Do not build pr/tests by default. This shortens the default build ... time. Also, use 'rm -r -f' instead of 'rm -rf' because the 'rm' command of tcsh.exe on Win32 does not understand clustered command line options.	1998-04-13 21:40:18 +00:00
