Hook up gtk2 native keybindings for editor. This gets rid of htmlBindings.xml and instead makes the platform-neutral base bindings be included via the preprocessor, allowing the editorBase bindings to not be applied on gtk2. Landing patch for bug 17578 "I want Kerberos authentication and TGT forwarding"

This patch enables preliminary support for the SPNEGO protocol (Microsoft's
Negotiate protocol) via the GSSAPI library. This means that only UNIX-like
operating systems (including Linux and OSX) are supported. A SSPI-based
solution is needed for WIN32.
Only HTTP authentication is currently supported. Mail protocols will follow.

Bug 235317: locale version mismatch in the inspector package. This won't fix the real bustage issue (the jar packager doesn't update preprocessed files when macros are changed) but at least, the locale and content contents.rdf files for the inspector package will now change at the same time and stay in sync.

records cannot be simply moved because attic files exist in the new location,

Create a new xpcom obsolete library (and component library).

Moved nsFileSpec and related classes into this obsolete library.
Moved nsRegistry and related libreg functionality into the obsolete library.
Updated many callers using the obsolete nsFile spec to use nsIFile and Necko to do file IO.
Combined the following DLLs (source -> dest)
uriloader -> docshell
shistory -> docshell
jsurl -> jsdom
gkview -> gklayout
Moved nsAdapterEnumerator out of xpcom/ds and into mailnews, since they're the only consumer
Modifed the xpt_link tool so that you can specify a �only include� cid list that can mask CID�s that you are not interested in.
Added build options:
Prevent the building of xpinstall (--disable-xpinstall)
Prevent the building js component loader (--disable-jsloader)
A build option to only build a single profile (--enable-single-profile)
A build flag to only built the required xpfe components (--disable-xpfe-components).
Removal or hiding of unused functions and classes including nsEscape*, nsDequeIterator, nsRecyclingAllocatorImpl, nsDiscriminatedUnion, nsOpaqueKey, nsCRT::strlen, NS_NewCommandLineService

Add 'make install' target to build. It's "MRE-friendly". (See http://www.mozilla.org/projects/embedding/MRE.html for details.)

Changes:
* Added EXTRA_COMPONENTS variable to build. Use it to automagically install files into the components dir.
* Added SYSINSTALL variable. Use it install files onto the system.
* Move mozilla-config generation from configure to makefiles
* mozilla-config will now generate paths based upon the MRE-based directory layout.
* Generate mozilla script from template
The installation heirarchy currently looks like:
$prefix -> /bin/mozilla
/bin/mozilla-config
/include/mozilla-ver/*
/lib/mozilla-ver (mozappdir)
/components
/res
/defaults
/chrome
There is preliminary build support for MRE dirs as well though the component manager hasn't had MRE support added yet.
