saari%netscape.com 0879f85bb3 MacOS only Modifications to StringLib. It now functions like the Unix version where we have all of the strings in a giant case statement instead of in resources. Details of the fix are at http://jazz.snu.ac.kr/~junker/work/mozilla/unixps.html. Non-latin1 title printing in xl_annotate_page. Give charset info and URL in postscript output. Give attribute info in postscript output. Give papersize info in DSC comment. Be more liberal in parsing AFM files. Non-latin1 underline and strikeout decoration enabled. private NSPR headers (prosdep.h and primpl.h) from the Mozilla source.
The part of prosdep.h that is actually needed by Mozilla was extracted
and put in the new file mozilla/include/xp_path.h.

Removed call to StartTyping(), in CEditBuffer::ReturnKey(), for the
case where bTyping is false.
Reviewed by cmanske. Approved by marek.

Added parens around a set of conditions in CEditBuffer::PasteText() to prevent
the occassional dereferencing of a null pointer.
