mstoltz%netscape.com 5e7662a4fe Added GetInputStream function to nsJAR in order to extract files into memory rather than to disk. Created nsJARInputStream to carry this data. mccabe%netscape.com 779d51d186 First cut at removing manual declaration of interface methods in implementation classes and replacing with xpidl-generated NS_DECL_NSIFOO macro. 
Hopefully this'll help turn the copy-n-paste tide towards using this macro.
