wtc%netscape.com 3b8cb781fb NO_NSPR_PRIVATE_HEADER_BRANCH landing. Removed the inclusions of 
private NSPR headers (prosdep.h and primpl.h) from the Mozilla source.
The part of prosdep.h that is actually needed by Mozilla was extracted
and put in the new file mozilla/include/xp_path.h.

pinkerton%netscape.com 9e930ec253 New RowIsContainer method which can replace CellHasDropFlag to determine if the row is a container and if it is currently expanded or collapsed.
