briano%netscape.com	ef17145f77	Netscape-specific change to deal with the fact that many of our machines have Perl 4 installed on them, and need to keep it where it is for historic reasons. So, we needed a way to be sure we get Perl 5 when building mozilla. This change takes care of that.
