myk%mozilla.org a562edd361 bug 348928: a better workaround for this bug that doesn't make all bookmark UI rebuild from scratch each time a microsummary gets updated; they still rebuild from scratch when microsummaries are added or removed; besides the performance win, this is a usability win, as rebuilds cause users in the middle of selecting bookmarks from bookmark trees to lose their selections;
