Tile manager macros done in BEGIN, END form.
Tile manager macros put to better use. Small optimizations on begin and endCriticalRect.
Fixed tile pool sorting and eviction so that no extra evict guard is needed on every FORCREATE.
Fixed assorted small bugs throughout (maybe introduced some new ones ;p).
Added sweet sweet tilecache debug to browser.js.

On Windows and Mac, nsIFile.copyTo will fail if the file already exists. Use the .createUnique logic to create a unique name, but then remove it for the copy.

Fixes for more test failures from bug 568691 - the RTL tests dynamically register chrome which must be un-done: to do this, I register a manifest for the life of the app, but truncate it after this test is complete. The toolkit tag-autocomplete tests were failing because of a missing close-brace.

Biggest item was changes to nsHttpChannel from web sockets changes.
Other likely suspects if things are borken:
nsFrameLoader.cpp:
- nsFrameLoader::EnsureMessageManager: pass "this" (orig e10s code) or
nsnull (m-c) to local process call to new nsFrameMessageManager(),
callback arg? Smaug said null.
- only calling SetCallBackData for local case. also +r smaug.
nsPrefBranch.cpp had fairly extensive merge conflicts.
nsChromeRegistry had lots of changes.
Dougt did most of the non-necko changes (thanks).
