dbaron%fas.harvard.edu c01b4e980e Make nsDocument unroot script objects in the prolog and epilog correctly. Fix nsDocument::RemoveChild so it doesn't crash when removing the root element. Prevent nsDocument::ChildAt from incorrectly returning null when root is removed. Clean up nsDocument::RemoveChild and nsDocument::ReplaceChild a bit, including adding some notifications for prolog/epilog content.
