nisheeth%netscape.com 71218baaf6 Work done by Vidur and me. Added a FlushPendingNotifications() method to the document. This method flushes the pending content notifications from the content sink and the pending reflow notifications from the pres shell. ramiro%netscape.com b86c78a296 Separate the widget and gfx toolkits into two variables. 
Instead of MOZ_TOOLKIT, we now have MOZ_WIDGET_TOOLKIT and MOZ_GFX_TOOLKIT.
There is also a new configure flag, --enable-gfx-toolkit which does what its
name implies.
The configure script should continue to work as before.
