XUL/theme simplification changes - removing unnecessary boxes and re-writing large portions of the themes to use new -moz-border-colors and -moz-image-region css features. Also cleans up the classic skin quite a bit for both mac and win. fix for bug 53265, trees, menulists, etc have grey background on linux.

Introduce some unix-classic stylesheets here to force the colour scheme for these widgets to be black-on-white. a=hyatt@netscape.com .
Update the windows classic skin files for textfields to remove the hack put in place to accommodate linux.
