dougt%netscape.com 3cdc06fdfe Add experimental support to the native component loader so that native components can declare what libraries it depends on. (193442) Storing the GRE location in a relative way so that we can change GRE versions between launches assuming that they are compatible (191415). Fixed a bug where we didn't check return from GetLastModification in nsDll::HasChanged. Thank you ajschult@eos.ncsu.edu for pointing out the problem and suggesting a fix. seawood%netscape.com 8f6f1756ce Add CPP_THROW_NEW macro to the build system. This macro should be used when defining a local |operator new| function. It will be set to an empty throw function by default on all platforms except mac CW builds. This will allow us to not crash on systems that expect |operator new| to throw an exception by default and will suppress compiler warnings about how |operator new| should throw an exception instead of returning NULL.
